Cancellation Policies

• Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 3 days before the activity for a full refund.
• 50% Fee: If canceled 2 days before the activity.
• 100% Fee: If canceled on the day of the activity.
  • Refunds will be based on the original price if a discount is applied. Partial refunds are not available.

Activity Essentials

• Age Requirements:
  • Physically demanding itinerary. Travelers aged 70 or above must be accompanied by someone aged 18–69. Under-18s must be accompanied by at least one adult.
  • Restrictions: Not available for pregnant women.
  • Nationality Restrictions: Only for travelers with a valid Chinese ID, including those from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
